The Anubis Whitepaper

Anubis ($ANBS) is a mythologically-rooted memecoin deployed on the BNB Smart Chain. Where most memecoins die of neglect, rug pulls, or infinite dilution, Anubis is designed as an immutable ritual: fixed supply, renounced ownership, locked liquidity, and a public burn mechanism that weighs every token against the Feather of Ma'at.

This document is the sacred scroll of the project. It defines the mythology, the mechanics, the tokenomics, and the covenants between the contract and its holders.

In the old kingdom, Anubis — the jackal-headed god of embalming, tombs, and the afterlife — presided over the Weighing of the Heart. Each soul's heart was placed upon the scales opposite Ma'at's feather of truth. The pure passed on. The corrupt were devoured by Ammit.

The crypto realm is a modern Duat: an underworld crowded with slop, scams, and soulless launches. $ANBS revives Anubis as the on-chain judge of this new afterlife. Every transaction is a soul brought before the scales. Every burn is a verdict.

The burn is the beating heart of Anubis. There is no algorithmic burn hidden in the contract — every burn is a public, ceremonial event.

1. Launch Burn. 5% of total supply incinerated on day zero, sent to 0x…dEaD.
2. Milestone Burns. Community-triggered burns at market cap milestones ($1M, $10M, $100M).
3. Judgment Burns. Holders may submit candidate wallets or projects to the Judgment Hall; verified slop is met with a symbolic burn.
4. Voluntary Offering. The burn(uint256) function is public. Any holder may burn their own tokens as an offering.

The contract is designed to pass GoPlus and BscScan audits with zero warnings.

Anubis has no DAO in the corporate sense. The contract is unchangeable, so there is nothing to vote on inside the code. Instead, governance is social:

• The Council of Jackals — a rotating group of long-term holders who curate milestone burns and Judgment Hall verdicts.
• The Ledger — every treasury movement is visible on-chain, announced on X and Telegram before execution.
• The Feather — proposals are weighed against Ma'at. If it helps holders, it stays. If it doesn't, it burns.
